1. Contact Form Submission Consent
When you submit a message through the SIFRA website contact form, you provide explicit, affirmative consent for SIFRA Intelligence to:
- Store your submitted Name, Email Address, Inquiry Topic, Message text, submission timestamp, and originating IP address in encrypted Cloudflare KV storage.
- Dispatch an automated receipt confirmation email to your submitted email address.
- Notify the SIFRA engineering team via email inboxes at `[email protected]` and `[email protected]` solely to review and respond to your inquiry.
Contact form submissions are automatically purged from edge storage after 90 days.
2. Account Registration Consent
When creating a SIFRA account or signing in via Google, you provide consent for SIFRA Intelligence to store your account email address and associate it with your subscription status and authorized workstation hardware seat hash (HWID).
This information is utilized strictly to provide access to your billing dashboard, deliver software updates, and validate workstation license seat status.
3. Strict Prohibition on Third-Party Data Sharing
SIFRA Intelligence adheres to an uncompromising privacy policy: we never sell, rent, monetize, lease, or share your contact submissions or account details with data brokers, marketing agencies, advertising networks, or third-party affiliates.
4. Consent Revocation & Right to Forgotten
You have the legal right under GDPR and the India DPDP Act to withdraw your consent at any time and request the immediate, total erasure of your contact submissions or account records from our edge database.
To revoke consent and request deletion of your records, simply email [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject line "Consent Revocation & Data Erasure". All records will be expunged within 48 hours.
