Immediate Cancellations Allowed Anytime
We believe in complete freedom. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from your account dashboard or by writing to support. There are no cancellation fees, no retention hurdles, and no lock-in periods.
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will occur.
No Refunds Policy (Due to Ultra-Low Pricing)
SIFRA is priced at an ultra-low, highly accessible nominal rate—$5/month globally or ₹150/month in India—solely to sustain software edge distribution, licensing infrastructure, and maintenance.
Because pricing is already heavily discounted and nominal, we do not currently support partial, full, or prorated refunds for active or past billing cycles once payment has processed.
1. Continued Access Following Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, your account does not immediately lose access. You retain full, uninterrupted operational access to all SIFRA workstation features, dual neural engines, and live web intelligence until the final day of your prepaid monthly or annual term.
At the end of your term, your machine seat simply transitions to inactive status without any recurring charges.
2. Resolution of Erroneous Duplicate Charges
In the rare event of an accidental technical double billing caused by payment gateway network timeout or gateway retries, our billing operations team will promptly investigate and issue a 100% full refund for the duplicate transaction.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription in under 30 seconds using either method:
- Self-Service Dashboard: Sign in at sifraintelligence.com/dashboard, navigate to the Billing & Subscription tab, and click Cancel Subscription.
- Email Request: Send an email from your registered account address to [email protected] with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request". Our team processes email cancellations within 24 hours.
